What To Expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It will also help alleviate any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling prior to your first appointment. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this website. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the doctors. We look forward to your first visit.

- Recent blood and urine results, and any radiology reports (i.e. Ultrasounds, CT Scans, MRI’s)

Heading East: Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) heading east. Take exit 33, Lakeville Road/Community Drive, and continue
straight on Service Road. Take the 2nd left onto Community Drive. Continue straight onto East Shore Road. (Once you cross Northern Boulevard, Community Drive turns into East Shore Road). The office is located on the left side, 2 blocks down from Northern Boulevard.
Heading West: Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) heading west. Take exit 33, Lakeville Road/Community Drive, and continue straight on Service Road. Turn right onto Community Drive. Continue straight onto East Shore Road. (Once you cross Northern Boulevard, Community Drive turns into East Shore Road). The office is located on the left side, 2 blocks down from Northern Boulevard.
By Bus: Take the N25 or N21 via Northern Boulevard to Community Drive/East Shore Road stop. Walk 2 blocks north on East Shore Road and the office will be located on the left. (You can get the N25 or N21 from Flushing, on Roosevelt Avenue; between Main Street and Union Street.)
By Train: Take LIRR to the Great Neck Station and then take a taxi to the office FREE PARKING is available on either side of the building.

Using Cross Island Parkway: Take the Cross Island Parkway Heading North. Use the left 2 lanes to take exit 36S to merge onto I-678 S/Whitestone Expressway. Use the right lane to keep right at the fork, continue on Whitestone Expressway and follow signs for Astoria Blvd W/Grand Central Pkwy/LaGuardia Airport. Use the right lane to take exit 13B-13C for Grand Central Parkway toward Eastern Long Is/LaGuardia Airport. Keep right at the fork to continue on Exit 13C, follow signs for Grand Central Pkwy W and merge onto Grand Central Pkwy. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 4 for Interstate 278 W/Brooklyn-Queens Expressway W toward Staten Island. Continue onto I-278 W/Brooklyn Queens Expy E. Take exit 40 for Broadway E. Take Roosevelt Ave to 75th St. Use any lane to turn left onto Broadway. Heading West: Take Grand Central Parkway W heading towards Triboro (Robert F Kennedy) Bridge. The Grand Central Parkway W
becomes I-278 E. Exit at 30th Avenue (also known as Hoyt Avenue). Continue straight through train trestle. Turn left onto Crescent Street. Our office will be on the left between 29th and 30th Avenue.
Heading from Manhattan: Take the FDR Drive to the Triboro (Robert F Kennedy) Bridge to the Grand Central Parkway. As the Triboro Bridge ends, stay to the right and exit at Astoria Boulevard and 31st Street. Turn right on 29th Street. Turn right onto Astoria Boulevard. Turn left onto Crescent Street. Our office will be on the left between 29th and 30th Avenue.
By Subway: Take the N or Q train toward Ditmars Boulevard, Queens (if you are north of 30th Avenue, take the N train toward Manhattan. Exit at 30th Avenue (also called Grand Avenue).
By Bus: Take Queens Bus Q18 or Q102 to the stop at 30th Avenue and Crescent Street.

Heading West: Grand Central Parkway to Exit 11W (Harry Van Arsdale Jr. Ave. / 69th Road). Proceed strait till Yellowstone Boulevard and make a left. Make right onto Austin Street and proceed straight for two blocks (Our office will be on the right hand side, next to the “GM Gated parking lot”)
By Train: Take the F train to 71st Avenue / Austin Street
By Bus: Q60 stops and Queens Blvd. and 71st Avenue
